The conditions L&D professionals work in have fundamentally changed. Priorities shift constantly. Stakeholders want certainty you can’t provide. The old playbooks don’t work anymore.
When you’re navigating without a map, you need something more fundamental than frameworks, you need an internal compass that helps you hold your course even when everything around you is turbulent.
This interactive workshop explores how to calibrate your internal compass by being BOLD : staying Business-focused, remaining Open-minded to what’s emerging, Leading and Learning simultaneously, and acting with Deliberate intent rather than reverting to comfortable solutions. Through reflection and dialogue, we’ll work with real dilemmas from your practice to strengthen your ability to make courageous, evidence-informed choices, from stakeholder conversations to design decisions to knowing when to push back.
After this session, participants will be able to:
- Navigate complex L&D decisions by calibrating their internal compass using BOLD principles
- Strengthen their professional positioning when working with ambiguity and competing stakeholder demands
- Make more intentional choices that create business value in conditions of uncertainty
